Two Premier League Giants Along with the Madrid Clubs to Face Transfer Bans

According to a Spanish media outlet AS, there is an investigation going on concerning suspicious transfers which involve Arsenal, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid. If the charges were to be imposed, both of the London outfits would not be able to sign for next two years. However, neither the players nor the transfers have been mentioned by FIFA in this matter.

Spanish publication AS suggested Arsenal and Chelsea are under the microscope, not only these two English giants could be investigated, but Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid also said to be involved in many suspicious transfers for the past two transfer windows.
However, in July Fifa decided to ban Real Madrid for two consecutive transfer windows but surprisingly the Blancos have not received any sanctions yet.

A FIFA letter which was signed by the Head of Integrity, Kimberly Morris, revealed that“the clubs are obliged to cooperate in clarifying the facts and breach of this obligation can bring penalties by the Disciplinary Committee of FIFA.”

Barcelona, who are already facing a transfer ban will be then free to sign players when their ban ends this January. If this ban is imposed, that would be a major worrying news for both Wenger and Mourinho.
