BREAKING NEWS - Real Madrid and Atletico Given transfer Bans

The Blancos and their city rivals will be allowed to sign players in the current window but will then be banned from the next two subsequent transfer windows. A statement released by FIFA on Thursday confirmed the sanctions. According to FIFA website, the statement read thus;

"The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned Spanish clubs Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid for breaches relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18," the statment read.

The Nigeria League Management Company (LMC) has Released NPFL 2015/16 Season Calendar of Activities

The League Management Company (LMC) on Tuesday announced a comprehensive calendar of activities for the 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season providing two rounds of Super 4 tournaments and a start date of February 21 for the regular season which will end on October 2.

Other core activities such as the LMC Annual General Meeting (AGM) with participating Clubs, Pre-season and Mid-Season seminars/capacity development programmes, stadium inspections and club licensing core processes have all been detailed in the calendar.

In releasing the calendar of activities, the LMC said it has been drawn up based on usual consultations with our participating clubs and proposed fixtures of the Nigeria Football Federation's (NFF) Federation Cup.

Arsenal Complete the Signing of Basel's Midfielder Elneny

Arsenal have completed the signing of midfielder Mohamed Elneny from FC Basel on a long-term contract, the Premier League club have confirmed. Recent Arsenal's injury woe has forced Wenger to the transfer market in order to boost their midfield as we approach the busy period of the season. 
 
The Egyptian's arrival has been imminent since he missed training on Monday to hold talks with the Gunners and undergo a medical, and he has now put pen to paper on a deal worth a reported £5 million.

Super Eagle's Winger Michael Babatunde Joins Raja Casablanca of Morocco

After his disappointing period with Ukrainian outfit Dnipro where he struggled to make any meaningful impact, the Super Eagles’ winger has signed for the Moroccan topflight side. Three-time Caf Champions League champions Raja Casablanca have completed the signing of Nigeria international Michael Babatunde from Ukrainian side FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk on a three-and-half year deal.

The 23-year-old left winger had joined the 2014/2015 Europa League runners-up from FC Volyn Lutsk, but was unable to get regular player time as he featured only twice under manager Myron Markevych.

Nigeria Wonderkids to Join Arsenal in January Transfer Window

Arsenal are set to sign Nigerian starlets Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze in the January transfer window, according to reports. And according to AfricanFootball.com, Arsene Wenger is set boost his squad further by adding Nwakali, 17, and Chukwueze, 16, in the January window.

It’s claimed that the duo are currently having their visas processed so they can travel to London and sign with Arsenal this month. Both players will have to wait until their 18th birthday to be handed professional contracts at Arsenal, but are expected to sign long-term deals with the club imminently.

Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Italian centre-back Luca Ercolani, according to reports. Ercolani, 16, is understood to have been in negotiations with United since the summer, and had also been invited for a couple of trial sessions with the club. The youngster has regularly hinted at the switch with a number of uploads on Instagram, including one picture of a red devil with the caption ‘to return’.

Tottenham Complete The Signing of Highly-rated Non-league Striker Shilow Tracey

Ebbsfleet United confirmed the news that Spurs had paid an undisclosed fee for the 17-year-old striker who impressed the north London club after two trial days with the youth academy.  The highly rated Ebbsfleet star is tagged to become the new Vardy in the Premier league.

‘This is a fantastic opportunity for Shilow and we are proud of the fact that our youth academy is producing quality young players just one year after we set it up,’ Ebbsfleet vice-chairman Peter Varney told the Kent online.
