Diddy And Drake Seemed Pretty Close Before Their Fight — Take A Look Back

By now you’ve probably heard that Drake and Diddy unfortunately got into an altercation at club LIV in Miami on Sunday night. Details have been very scarce, but MTV News was able to confirm that the Revolt CEO did make physical contact with Drizzy — and no, it wasn’t over Cassie.
The news was surprising since these two have had a pretty solid relationship in the past. Take a look back at some of their better moments, over the last few years.

Two Kings Dinner
While attending LeBron James’ storied “Two Kings Dinner” in Dallas, Texas back in 2010, Drake gets a warm embrace from Diddy while Hov looks on. They’ve clearly been cool with each for quite some time now.

That same year, in 2010, when Diddy dropped his Last Train To Paris album, you might’ve noticed a Drake collaboration on the track “Loving You No More.” They put it on wax so we’d know it was real.

Drake pulled off the unthinkable, and actually got Diddy and Ma$e to reunite for a performance at OVO Fest in Toronto last year. Drizzy later praised them as “two kings,” and backstage it was all love.

Ringing In The New Year Together
Diddy threw a star-studded New Year’s Eve bash in Miami to ring in 2014, with celebrities like Jay Z and Beyonce in attendance, and Drizzy was definitely invited. We heard that he even hopped on the turntables to take over DJ duties for awhile. Only good friends let other friends DJ at their parties.

Revolt Super Bowl Party
Back in February, Diddy hosted a huge bash for his Revolt cable network at the Time Warner Cable Studios in New York City, and Drake came out to perform. It’s not that easy to secure a Drizzy performance, so clearly the Toronto rapper wanted to show his support.

NBA All-Star Weekend 2014
Diddy and Drake sat courtside, next to each other, at the 2014 NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans back in February, without a care in the world. They were all smiles.

After sitting courtside together at NBA All-Star Weekend, there was also this moment: Drake is standing on a couch in the club performing at an afterparty, and when his mic stops working, he snatches Diddy’s mic and keeps it moving. #ImJustFlexin.

Is there where the beef started? Seemed harmless enough at the time.
