Former governor of Bayelsa State, Chief Timipre Sylva, has declared that President Goodluck Jonathan will find it hard to get 25 per cent of total votes in the presidential election in Bayelsa State.

Sylva, who spoke at a news conference in Abuja where a former commissioner for Health in the state and founding member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) in the state, Chief Frank Akpobi formerly announced his defection to All Progressives Congress (APC), also claimed that the people of Bayelsa has rejected President Jonathan.

Sylva, a senatorial candidate in the coming election however said that the presidential candidate of his party, the APC, General Muhammadu Buhari would win landslide in the state.

He said, “I am happy today that the APC Bayelsa State is marching on. Chief Frank Akpobi is a major addition to our party in Bayelsa State. We believe that with his joining our party, we have made a quantum leap, closer to victory in Bayelsa State.
