Suge Knight collapses in court after bail set at $25million in hit and run case

Suge Knight collapsed in court today after a judge sided with the prosecution in a hit and run case, setting his bail at $25million.

The rap mogul was pictured as he fell forwards shortly after the hearing in Los Angeles, as security and deputies rushed to help him.

According to TMZ, an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital. His attorney Matthew Fletcher later told the LA Times: "He's unconscious right now."

Fletcher had argued in court for a lower bail amount, and when it was granted, reportedly argued that anyone who manages to bail the star out will be investigated.

It comes after the man who survived the hit and run has previously told police he attacked the music mogul shortly before he was run over. According to TMZ, Cle 'Bone' Sloan was still in hospital when he told police what happened.

Documents, obtained by the website, say Sloan punched the music mogul several times through the driver side window of his red truck. He also reportedly told investigators he was trying to walk away from the truck when he was hit.

Moments later Suge, who claims he ran over them in self-defence, drives forwarded hitting Terry Carter. (TMZ)
