Nicki Minaj Heaps Praise on Kanye West for the Amazing Opportunity He Gave Her

Nicki Minaj has heaped praise on Kanye West and insisted he is "The One" because of the amazing opportunity he gave her.

The Anaconda rapper was a guest star on Monster - which appeared on the rapper's 2010 record My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - and she said she will "never forget" the invitation to appear on the track.

She told Capital FM: "He's done something that I'll never forget, you know, he's given me one of the best opportunities that I've ever gotten in my career.

"I adore him... He gave me a great opportunity, there's no way I could ever outshine him, I mean he's just brilliant."

Nicki went on to described him as "The Kind", thanks to the work he does to help out other emerging artists.

She added: "He puts people in a position to do better.

"When you are an artist and you can do that for people, then you are The Kind, you are The One, and that's how I look at him."
