ACCIDENT - Three Die In 3rd Mainland Bridge Accident


Three people have reportedly lost their lives in car crash that occurred on Third Mainland Bridge earlier today. Report from a source claims that the incident has caused gridlock traffic on the ever busy connecting bridge between Lagos Mainland and the Island.


It was stated that the accident which involved a Black Prado Jeep, left the three occupants of the car dead.
According to the report, the driver of the jeep is trapped inside the mangled vehicle with efforts being made to extricate him.

The cause of the accident has not been ascertained but it was claimed that the vehicle lost one of its tyres while on high speed making the driver lose control of the jeep and rammed into road demarcation.

Presently, traffic officials are at the scene of the accident trying to control the heavy traffic on the bridge.
